The iDrake

The iDrake is a simple and inexpensive gaming platform that is easily modified and build. It is based on the developments described in Emerging Drake. The version that is for sale now has the following features:

• 5 button control
• 4x20 character LCD display with 8 custom characters
• Mono sound effects
• RS-232 serial port program upload
• PIC16F628A processor (8 bit, 8 MHz, 2 KWord program, over 256 bytes data)
• Up to 64 KB of interpreted program memory
• Runs for many hours on a single 9V battery
• Interface for firmware updates
• Free access to firmwares, interpreters, compilers, and a growing set of software
• Hand made in the USA, no two versions are alike
• Custom orders welcome
