`TU' stands for Technical University. I haven't been here for a long time, but
I think it's a reasonable university. Unlike the
TU-Delft all buildings of the TU-Eindhoven are
interconnected (In Delft it can be quite a trip from one faculty to another).
The TU-Eindhoven is much younger than the TU-Delft, they differ about a
century. I went to the TU-Eindhoven (rather than stay in Delft) because I
wanted something different, and because they had very good advertisements.
I'm not sorry that I went there.
The part of the TU-Eindhoven that I resided at is called ` ICS', though they are going through a name change at the moment. At the TU-Eindhoven I helped the development of M3S, a network for electric wheelchairs, and also turned my attention to CAL, a more generalised protocol based on CAN. |
